We're running SmithCart v5.30 on DNN v6.2.6.

The State/Region fails to populate on the Manage Order and Order Detail screens.

Is this a bug that will be addressed in the upcoming release?

Hi Eric,

Which Payment Gateway do you have configured for your Cart?

Also, please provide a screenshot of your Cart Settings.

Gateway is PayPal Website Payments Pro

Some interesting behavior on this as seen in the Manage Orders screen: 
  • International orders populate state/region as expected, whether Pay Status = success or failure
  • If Domestic order and Pay Status = failure, state/region field populates as expected
  • If Domestic order and Pay Status = success, state/region fails to populate (displays "o" in Manage Orders display grid)

Hi Eric,

I just tried to re-produce this issue on my test portal but I wasn't able to recreate the same behavior, the State/Region field was populated correctly whether the transaction was failed or successful. Are any errors being logged to your DNN Event Viewer?

I may also not have the exact same configuration as you so I would like to have you login to one of our public test portals and configure the cart the way you have your's configured and try to replicate the issue. This will determine if the issue you are reporting is with the latest version of the cart or an issue with your specific DNN portal/cart install.
