Hello,

Im currently testing the ordering on my site, and when an order has gone through, no confirmation email is sent to either the customer or admin, but when the resent order email is pressed, it does send them.

Is there a setting i am missing? or is this something else?

Hi Kyle,

Which version of the Cart and DNN are you currently running?

Have you configured your Email Templates in the Store Admin Menu?

Are there any errors being logged to your DNN Event Viewer?
