Is it possible to route emails for one product to different email addresses based upon order criteria?

For example if someone ordered a blue variant vs a red variant, a blue@me.com email address would be notified instead of red@me.com?

If not, do we need to create separate products all together to send emails to proper administrators?  Or do all orders only send notifications to 1 master email address?

In the product setup screen you will see a menu option titled "Email" that allows you to configure unique email templates and email addresses at the product level. However, currently the cart does not support configuring unique emails at the "variant" level.

If you would like to customize the module to add this feature please submit a quote request using the following link:

Hi Mike,

Which version of the Cart and DNN are you currently running?

In the release of v4.86 we added Product Level Emails. This gives you the ability to send multiple product level emails on successful order. On a successful order, the cart will send up to 2 product level email templates (Customer and Distributor).

You configure your Product Level Email Templates on the Product Setup screen under the "Email" menu option.

Hope this helps!

Is there a way to prevent the Product Level Email Template from going to the customer? Currently the customer will receive the Product Level Email Template and the User Email template.

I only want the Product Level Email Template to go to the email address designated on the Product Email Setup page.

The reason being that the verbiage to the person being notified by the Product Level Email Template needs to be different then what the customer sees.

Is there a way to disable/remove this?

Thanks

Hi Mike,

You can enable the "Disable User Email" setting in your Store Settings. When enabled, this turns off the user email confirmations that are sent upon successful order.

Hope this helps!

I could do that, but I still need the user to receive an email.  How would I do that?

Also, after enabling "Disable User Email" the user still received the Product Level Email Template, but it did stop receiving the "User Email Template"

Is there anyway to send a Product Level Email Template to ONLY the designated email addresses AND have the "User Email Template" be sent to the customer?
