Hello

I have a website that was on DNN 5.62 with an old version of SmithCart running on it. I did an upgrade to DNN 7.06 and installed SmithCart 5.71. When I browse to a page which contains the BuyNow module, I can't see the products present before the upgrade. When I go to Settings >> Store Setup >> Products >> Manage Products , I can see the products are there.

If I install SmithCart 5.71 on a fresh DNN 7.06 site, the BuyNow page correctly displays the configured products.

Any idea why this is happening? Or is this somehow related to dev licenses??

Hi Yosief,

If you upgrade your store and your Products are not showing, please take the following steps to resolve this issue:

1. From the store admin menu, click on the page template button to go into the page template editor and delete all your page templates.

2. In file explorer, navigate to your \portals\[portalid]\smithcart\tenplates folder

3. Delete all the files in the \portals\[portalid]\smithcart\templates folder

4. Reset iis and restart the application from the Dnn host menu

5. Go to product listing page and see if your products are displayed.
