Which version of the Cart and DNN are you currently running?

Currently the ability to add additional 3rd party modules to the checkout pages is not supported due to a limitation of a DNN function the cart uses to display and hide the multiple user controls, unfortunately this approach has a big con in that it does not maintain viewstate on the page which the cart uses.

Keep in mind that the only pages in the cart that this affects are the cart checkout and during the checkout the idea is to funnel the user to purchase and make it easy for them to click out of the checkout so adding 3rd party modules to the checkout pages is not a great idea anyway in that it will most likely lead to less sales.

That being said, there is a workaround available. Since the Cart uses the Edit skin set in your DNN portal, It's possible to display additional content by creating a new skin file, adding the additional content as html then setting the Edit skin of your portal to use the new skin with content.

We are working a new templating system for the cart that will address the skin changing to the edit skin on the cart checkout pages in order to maintain the portal skin.
