With the new Smith Cart version the Invoice Template prints to pdf.
 I now need to make the Total GST Included in the order present and it doesn't seem to work.
Would it be [GSTTOTAL], [GST], [GSTINCL]. None of them work for me.
I have attached the html for my Invoice Template to see if there is something wrong with it.
