I have just upgraded from 5.5.7 to 6.7.2 and have the following issues.
  • When placing an order you click View Cart. When the cart page presents the Ship To fields do not present. If I enter a Coupon code and submit, the Ship to fields then appear.
  • When the Ship to fields do present the drop boxes for Country, State and shipping method do not present.
Any ideas why?

Which version of DNN are you using?

Which Shipping option is enabled?

Are you using Single Page Checkout?

Thanks Kevin.

It was the Shipping setting which should have been custom shipping with fixed amounts.
