We just installed 3.01.00 using the Clean Install Instructions you posted in this thread (link).

However, we are still receiving the following error after testing the checkout method. We have attempted to test the Checkout process using three methods of payment (Credit Card, Check, Telephone) and all have resulted in this error.

The order information shows up in the Manage Orders area of the BuyNow Module's Admin area, but nothing displays for the "Buyer" in the MyAccount Module. Perhaps the issues are connected?

Can you post your cart settings so I can see how you have the cart configured, gateway, tax, shipping , etc

Your settings look fine. I am not able to replicate this on my test system but there are many different configuration options and I may not have my system configured exactly the way you do. Please login to our test site using the following credentials and try to replicate the issue so we can verify if it’s the build or your site:

Dave,

Thanks for your help on getting this issue located. For those reading along, we had an issue with the "Role Assign" feature in the Product settings.

I believe SmithConsulting is working on fixing that error.
