Which paypal gateway are you using; paypal standard, paypal website payments pro or paypal payflow pro?

This is what the top of the confirmation page looks like:

Payment Status : TRUE
Auth Code :
Transaction #:
Message : Paypal Payment processed succesfully 47/05/09 11:09

Also, it looks like new users will get an order showing in My Accounts, but if I place an order as a user that has already registered, then nothing shows up in My Accounts

I tested with our paypal sandbox account and verified that the payment history screen is the base 64 message for credit card number. It looks like whats happening just on the paypal standard gateway is that the account no field is null and when we try to decrypt the account number it gives that message you reported. We will fix this and notify you when a patch is available. Thank you.

OK, thanks for the response on that. What about this issue where only new customers get their orders in My Account while previously registered customer don't?

so, it looks like if a new user registers during checkout, they get the order in My Account, and then if they come back and place another order, then that also show up in My Account.

for pre-registered users, as mentioned earlier, they don't get anything in My Account, but also noticed that when they come back to order a second time, their primary phone number is showing in the secondary phone number field.

what is different about the way the cart registers a user and the way native dnn registers a user?

I have verified the following issues you reported with paypal standard:

  1. Payment history screen showing error on account# field
  2. Auth code not showing on confirm status screen
  3. Transaction# not showing on confirm status screen

We are working on a patch for these items and will notify you when its availible. We will have the patch availible this weekend. The My Accounts issue you reported has already been fixed and will be in the next build we send you in the next day or so.

Thanks,

Dave

Dave,

Thanks for the quick response. I like the product and look forward to putting it in production once the new build is delivered. I have tried several other DNN cart solutions and this is by far my favorite for a basic cart. The ease of use and clean design are a welcome relief compared to the alternatives.
