On a PO order I cannot change the pay status to Paid anywhere. the status is always BILL ME LATER. There is no option to change the order to PAID, or RECEIVED. There is a Text box but then there is a drop down on the order page and the filter does not work.

In the pay status textbox just type the status you want and click save.
