I am trying to diagnose something for a customer. Does the store have a function that registers users to the portal? They’ve had a few hundred orders, and three of those customers have user accounts. I’m not sure why. I tried doing a test order and got as far as paying, without seeing anything about being added as a user. Can someone shed some light on why that would have happened – why they would have been added as portal users? We would prefer that does not happen.

If that’s not something that could have possibly happened, let me know. I’m just not familiar enough with the store to know.

Both of those things are set. Users cannot register and I have the 'require login' option in the store turned off. Again, we've had hundreds of orders, but only three people actually registered. I'm just wondering how that would be possible if I have Public Registration turned off and that setting turned off in the store. Thanks
