We have the authorize.net merchant account and gateway set up. We want to make a test purchase. Can we do that without actually spending money? How? We want to see if the notification emails get sent successfully.

After you receive your test account from auth.net go to the buynow module settings and select authorize.net as your gateway and enter your api login and password and check the "test mode" checkbox and save your settings.
