Going by the manual,
"VAT/GST Tax – Value added tax (VAT), or goods and services tax (GST) is a tax used by non United States countries that is levied on any product that is added to the cart. When VAT/GST Tax is checked the following “Tax Type” dropdown list will be displayed that allows you to select VAT or GST."

However, depsite the box being checked, no dropdown is appearing and VAT is still showing on the purchase information.

We only want GST to appear.

Any ideas?

What version of the cart are you running? That is a fairly new feature that was added.

I thought current version, but have realised this instance is not running Dnn5+, so there's a chance we're not. Are waiting confirmation from hosts.

What do we do if we're not?
