Does anyone know how this module is delivered once it's been paid for? We sent a request for support and no answer, would like to get the download that we paid for. Thanks.
After you purchase a module on our site you can use one of the following methods to download:
I tried #2 and it says... "you do not have access to view this tab within the portal". There is also nothing under My Account page, it's blank.
Send an email to support@smithcart.com with your purchase receipt and we will give you access to the cart downloads page.

I didnt receive an email from you can you try sending the email to support@smith-consulting.com and give me an indication of who its coming from so I can look out for it. To expedite your request also include your purchase receipt and userid.
