On checkout, under Ship To, I am unable to select Country and State/Region and cannot proceed with checkout. The State/region drop-down is blank.

Just to test, I installed the module to a test dnn installation and am experiencing the same error on that site also..

Smith.Buynow module is version 2.56. The Module is installed at http://www.frankdavis.com

In addition, I randomly experience the following error after deleting items from the shopping cart due to failed Checkout.

A critical error has occurred.
There is no row at position 0.

Have you configured your default country in the cart admin settings?

Yes, default country is United States, default state is Louisiana, default currency is United States Dollar - $

The problem appears to be related to one or more of the modules .dll's. I installed v2.52 on my test portal then compared the files between v2.52 and v2.56 and found some of the newer dll's to be smaller in size than the older version. I then copied older dlls into the newer version and everything is functioning properly.
