We're using the product serial numbers function in a new store to sell gift certificate codes that that customer will redeem on a third party site. I thought everything was working correctly until I noticed that when we bought more than one code it was still only showing one code in the email. It should show a serial number equal to the quanitity ordered.
The Smith Cart manual states: If multiple quantities of a product are purchased the cart will assign multiple serial numbers to the order.
How can I make multiple serial numbers show up in the email and confirmation page?
