I've asked this a few times with no response, but can someone give me access to the downloads page so I can access cart updates?

There have been quite a few updates since I purchased the smith cart beginning of december and I havent been able to download them.

If you do not have access to the cart downloads page and are within threee months of purchase or have an active maintenance plan, please send and email to support@smith-consulting.com with your purchase receipt and your userid on our site and support will give you access to the downloads page.
