My state uses destination based taxing so I intend to use the Smith_Tax table option. However, my State breaks taxes down below the city level for special projects like rapid transit. So, a single city could have two or more tax rates depending on address. Also, the table does not allow for unincorporated areas (no city). These could be solved by adding a drop down list for city where the buyer can make selections that include the differences. i.e. - An unincorporated area in a County would select the City of County - Unincorporated from the drop down list. Is it possible for me to do this? If so, how? This is a big issue since I talked to the State tax people and they said I have to get the tax correctly or be fined.
Thanks for the help.
