ISSUE: Tax Exempt by Role not working

I have "Tax Exempt by Role" selected, and a role called "TaxExempt", which users who are tax exempt belong to.

They are still getting charged tax.

I believe this was fixed you can verify on the www7 test portal before you upgrade your live site.
