I'm trying to use this link in the redirect link (after order completion) and also in the confirmation email. The link works, but the [ORDERNUMBER] is not populated in the link or the email link.

I am using version: 3.88.0
What am I doing wrong?

I tried it with camel case to see if the case mattered and I'm still not seeing it.

This is what I get in the email:

New order from website for order total of $9.00 This is the link below that the users receive: http://www.icjcookies.com/CustomTrayOrderPage.aspx?OrderID=[OrderNumber]

I'm a bit confused which feature are you trying to configure:

  • OnCheckout Complete Event (Web Service)
  • Success Redirect URL

The [ORDERNUMBER] token is used in the ship confirmation email from the manage order details screen, and the [ORDERID] token is used for the regular email confirmation. Which email are you trying to insert this token into?
