Cart v3.98

Great module, although this has me perplexed... I have a few items checked in the Settings:

1. Special instructions on the Checkout page, and

2. Textbox #1 on the the Checkout Step 1 Setup

I've done a few run-through transactions and neither is showing up in the cart. Is some other feature blocking their display? I've scoured the Forums for help on this, I see no one else having this problem. Can someone please assist? Thank you!
