Have imported products and had to repeat the procedure but know my products have vanished leaving only the manufacturers.

It took 5 or six goes to get the products upto 7500 there are 10000.

I have tried increasing the timeout on http webconfig, but dosent seam to do anything, i have tried restating the application,

Im sure this is common, should i remove and try a clean install?
