Hi

I have 5 different categories setup, each category is to be placed on a separate page. So when the user hits the page the products dispalyed are for that page only. I have created the products and the 5 different categorys. However when I add the category module it doesnt show the products it wants you to go back to the buy it now module. Do I add the buy it now module to that page as well as the cat module?

The product listing page of the cart allows you to filter products by category by passing the category id in the querystring, for example:

http://siteurl.com/default.aspx?categ....

When the category id is passed in the querystring the products are filtered by category. You can use an html module and add category images or just links and create hyperlinks that link to the page with your buynow module on it and pass the categoryid in the querystring to filter the products by category.

Thanks,

Christian

In the buynow settings under product list setup there is a setting that lets you set the default category that the buynow module displays products for. That might work for you also.
