Save button appears when an item is deleted in view cart.

1. Add two items to the cart. Click on view cart. Delete one of the items. Note the Save button appears. Changing the Enable Wishlist/Saved cart seems to have no effect.

2. Add two items to the cart. Click on view cart. Delete one of the items. Click on the save button.

This has been fixed and will be released in version 4.22.
