I thought I remembered a post a while back about this with a similar issue with the [SHIPPING] labels (which was fixed, thank you!)

This time the [ORDERNUMBER] and [ORDERTIME] are not pulling through.

As well, at the bottom of the email the handling charges are not showing, so my S&H shows as ~$10.00 (which is just the UPS ground charge and does not include the $8.50 handling charge)

If you do the math there is an $8.50 that is unaccounted for in the label, but should be a part of the total.

See screenshot, let me know if I need to provide more details.

Hi Mike,

Which version of the Cart are you running?

The token you are referring to are incorrect. [ORDERNUMBER] should be changed to [ORDERID], and the token [ORDERTIME] should be changed to [ORDERDATE].

Regarding the missing handling charge I will attempt replicating what you described. Would you please tell me how your Shipping had been configured or send me a attach a screenshot?

Thanks

I'm running cart version 4.35

That's weird because the tokens are labeled as such (I didn't change them, but I will to test and see if that fixes the labeling issue)

See attached screenshot of shipping setup. I am using the shipping calculator

UPDATE: I just also found out that the ship email template is not working correctly. Instead of the fields like

[SHIPDATE]
[SHIPMETHOD]
[TRACKINGNUMBER]

Coming over, it looks like the ship email template is using the order template instead, even though it shouldn't.

The text on the top of the template was supposed to read the text I put in, instead it reads:

"Your order # has been shipped. Your order was shipped on 6/24/2011 using your preferred shipping method, UPS Ground . To track your order use the following tracking number: 1zxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. (numbers would go there)

In the order template, though, [ORDERDETAILS] and [SUBTOTALS] is passing through fine, but this information is not passing through on the ship email template.

Cart version is posted above.

-Mike

Hi Mike,

I have replicated this issue and will send it into programming. I will post back with an update.

Thanks, Kevin
