Where can I find a "complete" list of email template tokens? The documentation available is lacking. It doesn't even have the addresses, order details or subtotal? Is [SUBTOTAL] still a valid token? I tried to re-send an order email and it appeared to work except at the bottom of the email after the details, it shows the literal word:[SUBTOTAL]
I'm just using the default template:
