Howzit

I have set my currency to rands.

Before adding anything to the card it shows as R0.00 which is all good.

However, after adding one or more items the currency shows as $, see the screen below.

Thanks

Kerry

I will test this out on my test portal and see if I can replicate and let you know what I find. Thanks for reporting it!

lol, you okes are amazing!

that has got to be the fastest support reply I have ever had!!!

While you are at it, the custom shipping options do not respect the currency either.

Both in the admin function as well as the checkout cart.

Thanks its always nice to hear a happy customer! Which shipping option are you using exactly custom shipping methods or a fixed shipping cost by product. Can you post a screen shot of the shipping so i can see which option your talking about.

The cart uses one of the 3 following email templates when it sends the email confirmation. The email html templates located off your portal root directory in /desktopmodules/smith.buynow/

  • OrderTemplate.htm – standard email template
  • SHOrderTemplate.htm – email template used when shipping and handling is combined
  • OrderSurchargeTemplate.htm – email template used when surcharge is enabled in the cart

When the cart sends the confirmation emails, tokens with data specific to the order are inserted to the email templates before they are sent out. To edit the email template just open up the email template file that is applicable to your cart setup in your favorite editor and make your changes and save it.
