Hi Tony,

Which version of the Cart and DNN are you running? Which steps were taken to produce the issue above?

Im using the new trial I'm starting to get it figured out but the Cateloge menus flat don't work and I need them. Im using DNN 5.06.02 and the trail iv had running about 10 day's the 4.58.

That is the menu structure. I have the default Behavior set to Expad All using +- when the page post the menu is closed when I clik to open it opens. When I try ti use a menus nothing happens but the All Category looks like it has been cliked. (The rectangle around the words is white as it turns when I clik the menu but it stays on - White. ) Also if i hover over the menu with the mouse I see at te bottom of the screen a (Java navigation string in which I can not see my web addressanywhere in it) if I get clik it a few more time to try to force some reaction I get that massive Erorr and my pool freazes and I need to beg my host for help. I like the cart. I think i could make it work for me but I wont buy it without a working menu structure of some kind

Hi Tony,

I just tried to re-produce this error on my test portal and was unable to recreate the error but I may not have the exact same configuration as you. Can you login to our test site http://www7.smith-consulting.com/ and try to replicate the error. This will determine if the issue is with the latest version of the cart or an issue with your specific dnn portal/cart install.
