It seems that the Registration Module is a subset of the Billing Manager...that is, if I buy the Billing Manager I get all the functionality of the Registration Module PLUS the other billing managment functions. Is that correct?
Yes that is exactly right the Registration Pro module is included with the Billing Manager module.
