Viewing Invoices

Hello, I am keen to understand if there is an interface that my client can view their invoices with? Many Thanks

Answer:
There is a seperate "My Accounts" module where customers can view there invoices online. The customer also gets a copy of the invoice emailed to them.

I'm running the latest version of Billing Manger, version 2.50.00. I created a customer in the Billing Manager but how does that tie into the DNN Users? I created a user and I created a user that the invoice should be associated with but when I log in as that user, I don't see any invoices? Is there something that I'm missing? How can I created an Invoice for an existing DNN user without doing double entry?

Hi Josh,

Normally, when the user clicks on the link in the Invoice to be taken to the Registration page, the fields should be populating, however I have been able to replicate the issue of this not happening and have sent this into programming to be addressed. We should be able to provide a fix for you by the end of this week and i will post back to this thread as soon as an update is available.
