When I click on the "Manage Form Fields" Link...It redirects me to a blank page. Almost as if I don't have permission to view the module. I tried to cut and paste a screen print, but am unable to do so.
To add a screen shot to the forum post you have to upload the image you cant cut and paste images into the rich text editor.
