Just received a license from support after filling out the request form. The two files reside in the root of my DNN site, however the Directory module still shows the yellow banner indicating no license is present. I tried reinstalling module and starting/stopping site. How can this be resolved?

I have the same problem as well. The license files were added to the DNN root directory as advised and yet the yellow banner still displays.
I sent an email requesting assistance but that was several days ago and no response yet.
Can anyone help?
