Just received a license from support after filling out the request form. The two files reside in the root of my DNN site, however the Directory module still shows the yellow banner indicating no license is present. I tried reinstalling module and starting/stopping site. How can this be resolved?

I have the same problem. I also have purchased a license and installed it into the root location of my DNN site. At first, the banner was not there. Then I secured the page with my Smith Cart on it with a Shared SSL certificate. Suddenly, the yellow banner is back.

I tried putting the license in the same place the modules are place (/httpdocs/bin) but the yellow banner still shows up.

Any ideas why this is happening?

I have the same problem as well. The license files were added to the DNN root directory as advised and yet the yellow banner still displays.

 

I sent an email requesting assistance but that was several days ago and no response yet.

 

Can anyone help?

Unfortunately not. I was sent a replacement dll but that made no difference and the yellow banner still exists.
