Question: On our DNN Site wide search, using the out of the box DNN search module, we are seeing duplicate search results and also products that are deactivated are showing up in search. Are there config options we can change to prevent this?

Answer: Yes, in order to reindex your products for the search, go to the DNN Site Settings and click the "Search" tab and then click the 3 buttons below:



Finally, in the DNN scheduler make sure that the "Search: Site Crawler " job is running every 1 hour.
