How can I add an extra amount when the buyer choose the option "Cash on Delivery", please.

Is my customer choose the "Cash on Delivery" option, I should order an extra tax (the delivery tax).
How can I do this, please?

In cart v4.74 payment setup screen the following 2 fields are available for you to enter an additional surcharge that is associated with a payment method:

- Surcharge Amount
- Surcharge Percent
