I like to ask if you consider to change your software. Right now, UPS is set up as shipping method/Store is located in Canada, but if the USA address is the shipping address, the process of shopping could not continue. However, it will be better to allow TBD on shipping cost, so we can continue the rest process by a phone call/credit card processing offline with detail of UPS shipping with the customer. Right now, there is no way for a US customer to complete the order and leave a record for store to get back to them.
