SmithCart has not yet been programmed to allow user to cancel their subscriptions via the MyAccount module.

The Smith Registration Pro module allows the user to click the “Cancel Subscription” button next to their subscription and the module will post a message to Authorize.Net cancelling their recurring credit card billing (ARB).

If your company has budget and would like to sponsor a portion of the programming, we can add the ability for a user cancel their Subscription via the Smith My Account module. .
