Something that I see other shopping carts (especially PHP ones) have but not SmithCart is an option to include a line inquiring if certain reviews that are made on products are helpful or not helpful. 

A big name shopping site that can be of example to this is Amazon.com. Check any product that has a review and below it will be a line asking "Was this Review Helpful?"
