You can do this already just add the price you want to show the user in your variant name. Just add the base price and the variant price and include it in your variant name.

Agreed, if you have alot of products and your pricing changes frequently it would cause alot of extra data entry to update the variant names with the new prices. I will add this to the feature enhancement request list, thanks for making the request!
