Currently, between the "calculate shipping" and "checkout" step you can configure the cart to OPTIONALLY ask the user to login... or allow them to continue as a visitor or whatever.

I'm wondering if there's any option that would allow THAT type of query to be moved to before calculating shipping. In other words, shoppers who ARE members could optionally provide a username/password and their default shipping info would be automagically populated... but shoppers who are NOT members could manually input their info (and remain non-members). Know what I mean?
