I would like to add a feature request to apply a surcharge to some credit cards but not all. Typically AMEX and Diners.

This would be relatively easy to do because AMEX cards start with a 3, Visa starts with a 4, MasterCard starts with a 5...

I would consider sponsoring this depending on the price.
