I filed a support ticket on this several days ago. I also posted on the FAQ but there has been no response.

I am switching from Authorize.Net to Elavon. Elavon is in the pulldown list of supported providers, however, when I submit a payment I get a strange message "

"Declined: The amount suppplied in the authorization request appears to be invalid"

I really need to get this working.  Please advise asap.

The amount is only $17.99. This same setup works fine if I switch to Authorize.net

Hi Brett,

To follow up on this post, you are obtaining test credentials to the Elavon gateway and may test upgrading on a development server and see how that goes.
