02.60.00. Where would I download a newer version if any? When I go to the downloads page, it says I have no access.

Hi David - we're having a bad issue here. We're doing a special "price break weekend" and found that before idnight pacific time people couldn't purchase their subscriptions. They get the following error:

Status : Error
Auth Code :
Message : [E00007] Start Date must not occur before the submission date.

After 12AM pacific time- the issue just went away. But before that - nobody could purchase. I tested myself and got that error.

Could you let me know what may be going on? Our server is set to pacific time zone btw.

Ok I just emailed you the purchase receipt (purchased directly from you.)

The new error message a customer is getting right now is:

Cannot have multiple items selected in a DropDownList.

Will the new version fix this problem? Kind of a bad time to get these problems as we're having a price-cut weekend.
