DNN 6.1.5 / SmithRegPro v4.50 / Shared Hosting (PowerDNN)

I have configured three subscription 'products' with this module, each set as recurring on monthly, quarterly, and annual intervals for '9999' times.

Payment processing is via PayPal Standard.
When a user purchases one of the subscriptions, the initial payment is processed and the account is created with an expiration date set to the proper length based on the subscription purchased.
NO subscription shows up in Admin > Subscriptions or on the User's profile page (where their account module is located).
Recurring payments are processed by PayPal on the correct schedule, but there seems to be no notification to my site that the following payments are made OR update of the expiration date of the account in DNN.

I can supply either an admin login OR screen shots to help troubleshoot this issue.
Thanks in advance for your help!

-Mike

Hi Mike,

Have you set the Registration Page Name in both the MyAccount and RagPro Admin Menu modules?

Yes, both modules have the Registration Page set to the Membership page.

Any other things I can check?

Hi Kevin,
Is there anything else I can check, or information that I can provide you to help get this issue solved?
As my membership grows it is becoming increasingly annoying to have to go in and manually extent expiration dates on accounts. This is the problem I had hoped to solve when I purchased this module (as advertised).

Kevin,
Still looking for a solution for this issue.  Each month as our subscriber base grows I am forced to manually calculate and update their expiration date.  Would removal and a clean install of the module help?  Do you have a document on how to perform a complete removal of the module and any cleanup needed before a reinstall?

Hi Mike,

I would like to have you login to one of our public test portals and configure the module the way you have your's configured and try to replicate the issue. This will determine if the issue you are reporting is with the latest version of the cart or an issue with your specific DNN portal/cart install.

Please submit a Ticket with a link to this post to our HelpDesk at the following link and I will provide you with credentials to login. Click here to submit a Ticket.

Thanks
