I got the license key in the mail this morning after requesting it yesterday.  the email says "Please add each license key below into the “Manage License” screen, accessed from the DNN module actions menu. Please make sure to match the correct key with the correct host name."   Well, there is no Manage License in the actions menu and i scoured all of the modules and cant find a place to put this key.  I had the trial version installed and then installed the version that I downloaded when I purchased the license and still no dice. 

I really really really need to get my site live today (Feb 8, 2013) with this module licensed and working and I just cant figure this out.  I emailed and I've called the Smith offices 3 times now and no one picks up.  Please help.

We create your license based on the version you stated in your License Request form.

If you are upgrading from any version under 5.28 to any version of SmithCart v.5.30+, or Registration Pro v.4.50+, please be aware that you will be required to request a new license key, as your old keys will no longer be active.

The module actions menu can be seen when you are in "Edit" mode. Simply hover over the "Manage" button and click on the "Manage License" link
to input  your new keys.
