Hi Eric,

Which Payment Gateway do you have setup in your Registration Settings?

Also, RegPro version 4.57 was the first release to be be compatible running on DNN 7 so you may want to try upgrading to the latest version.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Payment gateway:  Paypal

I downloaded the DNN6 Trial version and it appears to be version 4.50.  Is there a place to download the 4.57 version?

Thanks!

Hi Eric,

Which PayPal gateway? There are 4 options.

Sorry I meant 4.56 but submit a Help desk Ticket with a link to this post and I will provide you with a download link to the 4.56 trial - http://www.smith-consulting.com/Suppo...

Thanks

In case anyone is wondering about a fix to this issue, I found that if you remove the the Surcharge, the error disappears.

Hi Eric,

I was able to replicate the issue with the Surcharge feature and have logged this issue to our Bug tracker system to be addressed. I will post back to this thread as soon as an update is available.

Thanks!

Just wondering if a fix will be available soon. I realize this might not be a priority with everyone, but we need to be able to charge tax on our items.

Let me know if there will be a fix soon.

Thanks!

Eric

Hi Eric,

This issue is logged to our Bug tracker system to be addressed and we will do our best to resolve this issue in the next release of RegPro.

If you would like to have this prioritized into programming right away please submit a quote request at the following link - https://www.smith-consulting.com/serv...

It is not required that you sponsor this fix, just if you would immediate attention to the issue you reported.

Thanks

I was going through some of our older bugs in our Bug Tracker system and came accross your reported issue with the the Show Surcharge Percent option ( Bug: 195 ) and I wanted to follow up with you about it because I have not been able to replicate the issue in the latest release of Smith RegPro which means the issue must have been inadvertently resolved with another update. Have you had a chance to use the latest version of the module?
