Hi. I've setup a test user with a $1 amount. After entering the checking info the screen refreshes without going to a confirmation page. States connecting in the address bar but nothing changes.
Attempting to pay the same bill with a credit card gives the following error at the bottom of the screen:
We couldn't complete your payment.

Status : Canceled
Message : Invalid field format
DNN 7.3.4 - Billing MGR 5.2 and RegPro 5.21. Transfirst. Thanks.

To update this thread with our correspondence in our Help Desk, this error was only triggered when using the Pay Now button in the RegMyAccount module, not when processing the Payment normally using the RegPro. This issue is resolved and the fixed is included in the latest build available on the Trial and Full Downloads pages.
