Hi all
If I am talking with a customer on the phone, can I somehow verify their checking information immediately before putting the transaction in for monthly processing on the 15th, which might be two weeks away?

There are check verification and guarantee services that are sold seperately from the normal eCheck (ACH) service. I believe authorize.net has a check verification service to verify a customers acct number and routing number before the actual eCheck transaction is run.
