Hello,

 

I added the SmithReg My Account module to the UserProfile page, check the settings and added the merchant id and reg Key of authorize.net.

 

Next, I signed up,  paid with Authorize.net and registered as a bronze member.

The credit card went through (And I double checked that in my ARB account on Auth.net.

The DNN ->Admin->Security Roles shows that I am a Bronze member.

BUT, the SmithReg My Account module on the User Profile page (where I pu it) shows:

 

 
You currently have no subscriptions.

 

Where did I go wrong?

When you navigate to the page with the "My Accounts" module are you still logged in as the user that you just registered and created and ARB subscription for?

yes, I am logged in as that user. a the paid user. I go check the smith manage and it shows that I am a paid member!

I tried to replicate the issue you were having and was unable to get the same result on our test portal. If you would like to first determine if the issue is with the latest version of the cart or an issue with your site you can login to our test portal www13.smith-consulting.com, and configure the settings to match your settings and try to replicate the issue.
