Neither [AMOUNT] nor [ORDERTOTAL] are showing on confirmation emails. [AMOUNT] is coming through as that text, i.e. not being replaced. [ORDERTOTAL] is showing as blank.
 
I am using the trial version of 4.22 on DNN 5 with Authorize.net SIM.

Hi Sara,

I have confirmed the the [AMOUNT] token is not being replaced in the confirmation emails and have sent this into programming but the [ORDERTOTAL] token has shown up as it should on our test portal.

I'm still showing blank where [ORDERTOTAL] should be. Also, in the admin module, Customer Payments, the Amount field is always blank. However, the Total Price field displays correctly on the customer's receipt screen.

Any ideas?

In emails with Kevin we established that the problem occurs with a user-entered donation amount. Still no resolution.

Hi Sara,

I have sent you the latest version of the Smith Reg Pro module v.4.25. We will no longer be using the [AMOUNT] token. Instead I would recommend using the [ORDERTOTAL] token.
