Hi there,

Just wondering how the module calculates renewels, if for example I don't have automatic renewels (just manually done) on a 12 month subscription and the person comes back after 11 months and renews using their same DNN account will the renewal be calculated from the date they paid or the date that their old subscription expires, ie 13 months from the second payment date in this example?

Cheers Greg

Hi Greg,

Which version of Smith RegPro and DNN are you currently running?

I'm not sure I fully understand what you are asking. Are you referring to a role that is added when a user registers which has an expiration date? Or the Subscription Interval setup in the Subscription and Recurring Billing Setup section?

Thanks,

Hi there,

I'm using version 4.24.

yep, I'm asking about a role that is added when a user registers which has an 12 month expiry date.  If that user comes back in 11 months and logs in to renew for another 12months will the module give them another 12 months from the date they renew, or will it give them 12 months from the date that their first subscription was due to expire.

Hope that helps :)

Cheers Greg

Hi Greg,

When an additional time period for Role Expiration is added to the User's profile the amount of Role Expiration Days will be added in addition to the time remaining on their account.

Thanks
